The Jamestown facility
with its 41,000 square feet is
the second
largest manufacturing operation
within the Producto organization.
One
section of the plant is high
bay construction with a traveling
bridge crane capable of handling
up to 15,000 pounds of raw
material
or finished goods. Modern,
efficient and attractive office
and engineering
quarters running latest technology
CAD systems complement the
factory area.
Recent capital purchases
include CNC mills, lathes, form
grinder,
jig grinders, wire EDM's
and RAM EDM's, CNC cylindrical
grinders and surface grinders.
The
Quality department is similarly
equipped with latest
technology
to assure strict compliance
to customer specifications.
